DESCRIPTION:We’re partnering with Boeing to offer a guided Bioblitz event
  at the former Emery Landfill turned pollinator haven and restored prairie.
  Don’t miss this unique opportunity to learn more about an active remedia
 tion and restoration project and explore a piece of land not often seen by

 time to add to citizen science efforts and help find out what animals and p
 lants are living there. Or\, show up and meander\, no app needed.\nThis is 
 a free\, come-and-go event so pop in anytime between 9am and 12pm! We'll ha
 ve tables setup near the entrance to help get you started with a map of the
  site\, a list of possible plants to find\, and insect nets available for u
 se. You're welcome to explore on your own or join a group with a guide.\nKa
 thy Beaty\, Remediation Project Manager\, will be available to answer quest
 ions and will give a short talk about the site.\nBring a good hat\, sunscre
 en\, close-toed shoes\, and bug spray as we'll be hiking through the grass 
 for bugs\, birds\, wildflowers\, and anything else we can find.
