DESCRIPTION:Practice new techniques\, meet new nature lovers\, and build a 
 deep connection with the nature around you. Everyone is welcome at our Wich
 ita Nature Journal Club\, no matter your skill level or age.\nMeetup Plan:\
 n\n9am - Meet at the main office building.\n(10 min) - Introductions\, info
 rmation\, and prompts.\nDisperse to journal.\n10:15 am - Reflections: gathe
 r at the starting location to share some of your observations or pages with
  the group.\n\nThe destination for this meetup is a large\, human-made prai
 rie that sits atop the old Emery Landfill. Managed as a remediation site by
  Boeing\, this prairie is a living experiment in remediation in the heart o
 f Wichita.\nWhat to expect at Boeing's Emery Prairie Restoration:\n\nAccess
 ibility: Uneven gravel and prairie. No paved walking paths. They do have a 
 bee lawn that’s more easily traversed than the prairie.\nComfort: bring c
 lose-toed shoes\, hat\, sunscreen\, water\, and portable seating if desired
 .\nPlease use tick protection\, and thoroughly check for ticks after.\nPark
 ing / Arrival: You’ll enter the site through a gate and follow the gravel
  drive to the office building where you’ll park. Please don’t arrive to
 o early\, as the gate will not be open prior to about 10 minutes beforehand
 .\nRestroom Access: Yes\, in the building onsite.\n\nBring your own journal
 ing supplies.\nWe recommend Organic Maps (Google Play\, Apple Store) for wa
 lking trail maps. The app provides free\, privacy-focused\, open-source\, o
 ffline maps based on OpenStreetMap data.\nWhat is Nature Journaling?\nNatur
 e Journaling is slowing down and carefully observing the natural world with
  pencil and paper. Write\, sketch\, paint\, or diagram whatever you discove
 r\, and by taking the time to observe\, you open up a world of natural wond
