Everyone is welcome at our Wichita Nature Journal Club\, no matter your skill level or age. \nMeetup Plan: \n\n9am – Meet at the Kansas Wildlife Exhibit.\n(10 min) – Introductions\, information\, and prompts.\nDisperse to journal.\n10:15 am – Reflections: gather at the starting location to share some of your observations or pages with the group.\n\nWhat to expect at the Kansas Wildlife Exhibit: \n\nAccessibility: Concrete walking paths and seating are available\, but consider bringing portable seating for more flexibility.\nRestroom Access: Yes\, available onsite.\nIndoors Area: There is indoor exhibit space to escape to\, though space is limited.\nBring your own journaling supplies.\n\nWe recommend Organic Maps (Google Play\, Apple Store) for walking trail maps. The app provides free\, privacy-focused\, open-source\, offline maps based on OpenStreetMap data. \nWhat is Nature Journaling? \nNature Journaling is slowing down and carefully observing the natural world with pencil and paper.
